Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Head of CRM ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
  • Deliver CRM strategy for all set of bank-managed interactions with customers across all digital channels, i.e. what, to whom and at what stage and how shall be communicated to engage users, support them in onboarding, help them to use products simplifying their life and open horizons about new products and services to try and enjoy
  • Develop and run advanced CRM infrastructure necessary to operate hundreds of different campaigns set for various products origination funnels, up/x-sell and as service and relationship nurturing campaigns, enabling a constant champion - challenger performance measurement
  • Develop and run instant triggered in-App/in-web campaigns supporting users to pass well thru digital banking products origination funnels
  • Develop a robust underlying data infrastructure enabling targeted and relevant event triggered communication to customers
  • Operate campaigns in a structured manner, constantly assessing efficiency and setting new tests boosting users adopting new products and usage
  • Taking care of customers satisfaction, measuring customers satisfaction, e.g. via NPS, collecting customers feedback in App stores, via in-app surveys, etc.
  • Operate all outbound communication across all channels towards customers, like inApp ads, customized landing pages ads, push notifications, email, event. sms
  • Develop advanced data analytics capabilities enabling best relevant offers to communicate based on a propensity to buy
Skills you should have
  • Proven track record in leading a CRM team in financial / fintech industry, e-commerce or in a role within a CRM infrastructure provider
  • Demonstrated experience in CRM infrastructure development in a green-field, incl. having contacts to event. suppliers 
  • Experience in building effective product origination funnels and related event-based and contextual campaigns
  • Hands on experience in setting up CRM campaigns, incl. champion - challenger performance measurement
  • Experience in procurement of suppliers and partners, setting up SLAs with CRM infrastructure providers
  • Skills in customer satisfaction measurement and feedback collection thru digital communication channels
