We are looking for a IAM Process Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation and management of IAM processes, ensuring the secure and efficient management of user identities and access rights across our organisation. You will work closely with IT and security teams to enhance our IAM framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Support in Identity and Access Control Management: Assist in managing and maintaining the organisation’s identity and access management (IaAM) processes

  • Access Control Auditing: Contribute to regular auditing and monitoring of access controls, ensuring that all users have appropriate permissions and identifying any unauthorised access

  • User Lifecycle Management: Support the onboarding, offboarding, and access review processes for employees and third-party users, ensuring that identity management processes are followed

  • Incident Reporting and Response: Assist in identifying and reporting incidents related to access control and identity management, helping to mitigate risks and ensure quick remediation 

  • Documentation and Compliance: Contribute to maintaining and updating documentation related to IaAM processes, ensuring full transparency

Skills you should have
  • Previous experience in identity and access management or related areas is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English and Polish
