We are looking for a Corporate Credit Risk Analyst to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
  • Conduct credit risk assessments for corporate clients, including periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis (financial statements, cash flows, business models) to define credit limits and assess risk appetite
  • Participate in credit decision-making processes, including preparation of credit recommendations and materials for credit committees
  • Manage and monitor a credit portfolio, identify early warning signals and propose risk mitigation actions
  • Set, monitor and review counterparty and settlement limits in line with internal policies and Group standards
  • Supporting development, implementation and reviews of  credit risk policies, processes and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance with Polish regulatory requirements
  • Perform data-driven analyses to derive portfolio insights, monitor portfolio performance and support proactive risk management
  • Prepare clear portfolio analyses, risk reports and recommendations for senior management and Group stakeholders
Skills you should have
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate credit risk, preferably within the Polish market
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk processes, including credit granting, monitoring and portfolio management
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and credit risk assessment
  • Good understanding of collateral structures, credit bureaus and external data sources
  • Knowledge of Polish regulatory and supervisory requirements
  • Strong analytical skills; experience with data analysis and SQL is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with business and risk stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset, high level of ownership and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
