We are currently looking for a Senior Treasury Expert ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?
  • Manage liquidity for an European credit institution within multiple branches and currencies (including obligatory reserve requirements in all jurisdictions)

  • Identify hedging opportunities and execute adopted strategies

  • Price, negotiate, execute and evidence transactions on financial markets and/or with corporate clients

  • Support in design, implementation and maintenance of Treasury products, processes and tools (in present and new markets)

  • Ownership of Treasury System across all modules (including integration with upstream and downstream systems)

  • Assure compliance of all Treasury activities with regard to policies, procedures and market best practices, adopt new regulations

  • Prepare periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses, optimize existing reporting tools

  • Closely cooperate with colleagues in Treasury, Risk, Accounting and Reporting departments

  • Have fun in building pan-european bank for the future 

Skills you should have
  • Excellent knowledge of Treasury processes and products

  • Deep interest in financial markets, including money markets, foreign exchange, debt capital markets

  • Experience in working with Treasury Management Systems, trading platforms and Bloomberg terminal 

  • Proven track record of interbank/corporate deal pricing and execution (including derivatives)

  • Solid grounding in financial systems database methodologies and financial modelling

  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards and how they apply to treasury products

  • Advance MS Excel / Google Sheets skills and computer literacy (e.g. SQL knowledge is a strong advantage)

  • High analytical and reasoning skills

  • Good knowledge of legal regulations and regulatory requirements in the area of Treasury products’ offering

  • Utmost ethical standards

  • Experience in cooperation with different stakeholders, e.g. Risk, Accounting, Legal, Sales, internal and external Audit

  • Composure in stress situations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Previous experience in a Treasury environment and solid understanding of Treasury operations in a finance industry (min. 5 years)
