We focus on collaboration, commitment, and achieving real goals together. We are currently looking for a Compensation&Benefits Specialist ready to join our adventure.

What you will be doing?

Supporting  of all C&B processes particularly by:

  • Co-creating and implementing new solutions and best practices in the area of compensation, benefits, and HR controlling

  • Providing analytical and communication support for – salary reviews, goal settlement, files for budgeting and other 

  • Preparing and analyzing compensation survey data, supporting market benchmarking and insights

  • Gathering feedback on the effectiveness of pay processes and helping to drive process improvements

  • Preparing regular HR reports (workforce KPIs, employment cost analysis, ad hoc requests)

  • Contributing to building compensation and other group policies in relation to C&B, pay structures, and benefits programs

  • Supporting job evaluation processes (WTW, Korn Ferry) and job mapping/matching for market benchmarking

Skills you should have
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits area 

  • Experience preparing data analyses and reports based on datasets

  • Very high attention to details

  • Understanding of Compensation & Benefits practices, market trends, and benchmarks

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights

  • Collaborative mindset, positive energy, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members

  • Good English (at least B2) and Polish is a must 

  • Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office.
