We are looking for a Credit Risk Specialist to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.
What you will be doing?
We are looking for an Credit Risk Specialist to manage and develop the BNPL risk framework for existing and new Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partnerships and direct channels in Poland.
Policy & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain BNPL credit risk policies and processes, ensuring KNF regulatory compliance.
Portfolio Management: Conduct deep portfolio monitoring and analytics (delinquency, PD, LGD) to maintain quality and drive corrective actions.
Decisioning: Develop and manage credit scoring and decisioning rules in collaboration with IT/Data Science.
Partner Oversight: Evaluate and perform due diligence on BaaS partners and new BNPL models.
