We are currently looking for a Network Administrator with Network Design & Architecture experience ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Network Design & Architecture

• Define and maintain network architecture standards, policies, and best practices across the organization.
• Design LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure for headquarters and bank branches, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Plan and oversee network setups for new branch openings.
• Design and validate connections between Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and third-party providers.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure that network operations and designs comply with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and security frameworks (e.g., DORA, ISO 27001).
• Establish monitoring and reporting processes to ensure network performance and compliance.
• Contribute to risk assessments, audits, and business continuity planning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with the Workplace Team to ensure reliable integration of devices, tools, and services into the corporate network.
• Work with the Cloud Team to align network designs with cloud adoption and secure connectivity.
• Serve as our primary network expert, guiding IT and key business teams on strategy and decisions.

Vendor & Partner Oversight

• Manage relationships with external service providers responsible for maintaining network infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor performance, ensuring service levels (SLAs) are achieved.
• Provide technical oversight for third-party projects and outsourced activities.

Data Center & Infrastructure

• Define and evolve the network architecture in both primary and secondary data center.
• Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery readiness of network infrastructure.
• Lead network upgrade and expansion projects to handle our evolving needs.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network designs, standards, and procedures.
• Establish guidelines for internal and external teams implementing network-related tasks.
• Provide input for IT roadmaps and infrastructure investment planning.

Skills you should have

• 3 years of experience in IT as a Network Admin.
• Previous work experience as a coordinator.
• Strong knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and compliance requirements (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to track record of managing workplace vendors, budgets, and licences.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Is not afraid to ask questions.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
