What you will be doing?
The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Performance Manager to join our growing marketing department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital performance campaigns across various channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in maximizing our marketing ROI and achieving ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize campaigns across key digital channels, with a strong focus on:
Affiliate Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to drive high-quality leads and conversions. Develop and negotiate incentive structures, monitor performance, and optimize affiliate programs.
Programmatic Advertising: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of programmatic display, video, and audio campaigns across various DSPs. Leverage data and audience segmentation to improve targeting and efficiency.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
Oversee and collaborate with external agencies, including our media house, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with our strategic goals.
Take ownership of the entire creative lifecycle, from conceptualization and development of ad creatives to their implementation across all channels.
Build and nurture strong relationships with agency partners, ensuring clear communication, effective feedback loops, and a collaborative approach to achieving campaign objectives.
Drive the optimization of all creative assets and campaign elements based on performance data, A/B testing, and market insights to continuously improve results.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Manage budgets, forecast performance, and report on key KPIs and overall results to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.a
Skills you should have
Proven track record (3+ years) in performance marketing, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms and strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including Google Ads certification.
Proven experience in managing agency relationships, including media houses.
Strong understanding of creative development, implementation, and optimization for digital campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
