Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.

  • Manage and grow our presence across all key social media channels, including but not limited to:

    • Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

    • TikTok

    • X (formerly Twitter)

    • LinkedIn

    • YouTube

  • Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and drives desired outcomes.

  • Identify, vet, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to the financial industry. Negotiate terms, brief creators, review content, and track performance.

  • Collaborate closely with external partners, including creative agencies and our media house, to develop compelling social media content and campaigns. Ensure seamless integration of paid and organic strategies.

  • Oversee the entire content creation process for social media, from concept development and copywriting to visual asset creation (in collaboration with designers/agencies) and scheduling.

  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and actively test and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation across all social platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media and influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and demonstrating ROI.

  • Manage social media budgets effectively.

Skills you should have
  • Proven track record (3+ years) in social media management and influencer marketing, preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience managing and growing brand presence on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate effectively with creative agencies and media houses.
  • Strong creative flair with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for engaging visual content.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Community management experience and a proactive approach to engaging with online audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
