We are currently looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
As a Senior Engineer specialising in Google Workspace and Apple Mobile Device Management (MDM) you will play a senior role in managing, optimising, and securing our collaborative and mobile environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and administration of Google Workspace and Apple MDM solutions, supporting our employees.

Google Workspace Management
  • Administration and maintain Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other related services
  • Implement and manage security settings, user access controls, and data protection measures
  • Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for Google Workspace usage and administration
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are leveraging Google Workspace tools effectivel
Apple MDM and MacBook Management:
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Apple devices (MacBooks, Mobile Devices) using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Implement and enforce security policies, including device encryption, application management, and compliance monitoring
  • Ensure seamless integration of Apple devices within the corporate services
  • Manage MacBooks, including setup, configuration, software updates, and troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to device management, connectivity, application performance, and hardware/software conflicts
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of Apple hardware and software assets
  • Create and maintain documentation for MDM workflows, MacBook setup guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new Apple MDM technologies and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and security enhancements
  • Participate in MDM upgrade projects and security audits
Skills you should have
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration (2nd or 3rd level support role), with a focus on Google Workspace and Apple MDM management
  • Proficiency in administering and supporting Google Workspace services and mobile devices in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, practices, and technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Jamf Certified) are a plus
  • Fluency in English
