We are currently looking for a Brokers Network Lead ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
Target:
Digital banking products distribution via professional banking products brokers networks, with major focus on asset products cash loans, SME loans, loans refinancing. 
Major KPIs: new volume loans sales,  cost per acquisition, targeted average brokerage fee, quality of sales - loans revocation / prepayment rate, delinquency rate per broker.

Responsibilities:
  • specify requirements for standardized asset products be ready and competitive for sales via brokers networks (APIs set for brokers making the fastest and simplest product origination among all banks, way of pricing, way of making promotions to boost sales, product suite - e.g.  a loan with and w/o up-front fee, with wider or narrower data exchange between a bank and a broker), cooperate with dedicated product delivery team on design and testing of a proposition
  • hunt for brokerage partnerships, prepare contractual doc pack in coop with the legal team, procure brokers in coop with the procurement team (including GDRP and IT security assessment)
  • set an daily business operationsl with brokers - integration, trouble shooting during integration, testing, activation of sales, reporting, brokerage fee calculation incl. maluses and settlement with partners on monthly basis
  • activate and scale sales via brokers networks, constant work with broker in order to boost sales and correspond with critical product and sales process to a partners needs, train partners staff, make sales promotions
  • act as the 2nd line of support for brokers sales staff to reply to the Qs, solve issues, make a troubleshooting, handle event. incidents
Skills you should have
  • experience in distribution of financial products in Poland via brokers networks - 5+ years of relevant experience
  • large network of contacts to C-level representatives / owners of broker businesses active in polish market
  • excellent sales and communication skills, leadership experience, experience in building distribution via brokers networks is the must
  • Structured thinking, know-how and skills to work out yearly distribution plan, budget, forecasts for the channel 
  • fluency in Polish and English
