As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Head of Digital Marketing ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

Develop digital marketing infrastructure and tools needed for operating various digital marketing channels: google network, social networks, programmatic buying, direct display, affiliations, comparison sites, influencers, digital out of home campaigns
Develop advanced digital marketing data collection and data analytics infrastructure across channels understanding channels true conversion and cost per acquisition, connecting marketing funnel with in-App funnel and down to back end data
Constant optimization of campaigns via a mass scale A/B testing in place
Take care of app stores communication and related A/B testing
Develop and maintain bank landing pages, optimize pages to have a high google score, enable and run mass scale landing pages customization
Drive SEO and create related content in digital space as well as get links to our landing pages
Develop high quality digital marketing assets respecting the design system and branding guidelines
Act as the team manager and coach, build and keep a high performing digital marketing team
Manage marketing budget and its allocation per channel to minimize cost per acq and max sales

Skills you should have

Proven track record in leading a digital marketing team in financial / fintech industry or e-commerce, best in Poland
Demonstrated experience with digital marketing data analytics and performance measurement
Experience in building digital marketing funnels
Hands on experience in setting up digital marketing campaigns, esp. google network, programmatic buying
Experience in procurement of suppliers and partners, setting up SLAs with a marketing agency
Work experience on the side of marketing agency is advantage
