We are currently looking for a Payments Operational Contributor - Investigation area ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
  • You will handle complaints and inquiries
  • You will monitor and process payment inquiries and complaints
  • You will analyze reported complaints and determine the cause of the problem
  • You will handle complaints and inquiries in SWIFT and Ognivo systems
  • You will consider complaints and inquiries and make decisions based on collected information and documents
  • You will prepare responses to complaints
  • You will provide operational service for domestic and foreign payments
  • You will support payment systems: SWIFT, SEPA, ELIXIR, SORBNET
  • You will support the reconciliation process of Nostro accounts and general ledger accounts
  • You will assist in payment projects
  • You will cooperate with other organizational teams of the Bank
  • You will propose initiatives to eliminate the causes of complaints
  • You will handle complaints and inquiries in the Jira application in a timely manner
Skills you should have
  • A university degree
  • Basic knowledge of payment product processes
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank
  • Developed skills in the area of interpersonal communication
  • Decision-making skills
  • Good work organization and efficient setting of priorities
  • Initiative and independence in action
  • Openness to contact with the client, empathy
  • Ability to work in a team and under time pressure
  • English - minimum B2 level
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite
  • Fluency in Polish
