We are currently looking for a Credit Risk Expert ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

Coordinating projects related to Credit Risk, especially those involving Micro/SME lending and credit collaterals
- Identifying key milestones crucial for projects delivery
- Planning of work, organising cyclical meetings
- Verifying completeness and quality of deliverables
- Communicating effectively across teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Reporting progress of work and plans for next periods
Collaborating with internal teams, working on the edge of Risk, Business and IT divisions
Collaborating with external parties such as credit bureaus and data providers
Co-designing credit processes and internal applications for risk assessment purposes
Preparing and describing credit risk requirements for solutions development phase
Supporting project team with review and tests of delivered solutions

Skills you should have

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in finance, banking, economics, statistics, computer science or similar
Experience in banking sector, especially in Poland
Understanding financing of Microentreprises. SME financing background will be an advantage
Recognising market trends and standards especially in risk assessment of Microentrepreneurs
Experience in project coordination with ability to identify and manage tasks and deadlines efficiently
Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills together with good work organization
Ability and openness to work in a dynamic team
Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English language

Nice to have:

Participation in building automatic credit processes
Experience in development of banking internal applications
Knowledge of collateralised lending products
Knowledge of JIRA
Experience in data analysis / data architecture / testing API-based solutions
