We are currently looking for a Credit Cards Business Analyst ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for Credit cards as a product and services 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into implementation backlog

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in credit cards

  • Support the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions 

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing  credit card offerings and recommend improvements

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management

  • Work closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence

  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans

Skills you should have

  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in credit cards

  • Strong knowledge of Credit card products

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Credit cards

  • Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English language
