We are currently looking for a Retail Customer Product Architect ready to join our adventure and share our ambition. 

What you will be doing?
  • Shape and drive our retail banking product roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives

  • Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of banking products, from conception to deployment and maintenance

  • Utilise data for impactful, informed decisions and optimization opportunities

  • Manage regulatory compliance, safeguarding Aion's operations in a dynamic industry

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, lead technical discussions, and find effective solutions

  • Stay informed through industry benchmarks, aligning decisions with best practices

  • Establish continuous feedback loops with stakeholders and customers

  • Document processes and decisions transparently, providing a clear rationale and outcomes

  • Design differentiated solutions globally, considering diverse countries and customer segments

  • Implement solutions with partners (like Ognivo changes and regular meetings)

  • Support reporting like SINF/STIR reporting

Skills you should have
  • 5+ years in fintech or digital banking, blending financial, commercial and technical expertise

  • SME know how is a valuable asset

  • Analytical skills for market dynamics and quick learning ability for evolving regulations

  • Strategic planning skills, aligning decisions with long-term organisational goals

  • Strong communication, networking, and information-gathering skills

  • Stakeholder engagement, team spirit, and assertive diplomacy for effective collaboration

  • High integrity, adaptability, and proactive mindset in handling multiple responsibilities

  • Fluency in English
