We are currently looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?
  • As a Customer Happiness Specialist you will be responsible for delivering risk-free, customer service operations in an omnichannel environment 

  • Your main tasks will include handling incoming enquiries from customers arriving mainly over chat or email, or reaching out to customers over the phone to assist them in a timely manner

  • Being the first point of contact, you’ll be an essential part of the team and you will be accountable for ensuring that customer requests are being handled professionally and with the utmost care

  • Your main responsibility will also be understanding and using customer happiness driving techniques on a daily basis and actively preempting potential customer dissatisfaction

  • What's more, you will report timely and accurately on a team and an individual level

Skills you should have
  • You’re the right person for this position if you are proficient in spoken and written English as well as Polish

  • Experience in working in financial institutions

  • An empathetic person who is an excellent communicator, open-minded and able to adjust to an agile environment. A “can-do” attitude is very important for us

  • Someone with a passion for customer service and succeeding as a team to exceed customer expectations every day

  • A proactive approach to daily tasks and providing the best solutions to all customers is highly appreciated

  • A nice-to-have would be if you have work experience in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of the Ognivo system is a plus

  • Availability to work a minimum of one day a week in our Warsaw office
